PURPOSE AND SCOPE

They are used as locking arms in pipe manifold of systems carrying flow and fluid mediums with nominal pressure from PN16.0 to PN40.0 MPa in different fields:

• Gas Industry: on the pipe manifold of systems carrying nonaggressive natural gas; in the manifold systems of  Automobile CNG Filling Stations; by-pass lines of gas globe valves more DN300 PN8.0 and PN16.0 (MPa);
• Metal Industry: in carrying systems of forced lubrication of rolling mills journal bearings, operating medium – industrial oil, and also in many others operating mediums, nonaggressive to basic parts of the valve;
• Other fields of Industry: on the operating mediums: nitrogen, inert gases (argon, helium), water, stratal water and other flow and fluid mediums, nonaggressive to basic parts of the valve.

ADVANTAGES AND DETAILS OF CONSTRUCTION:

• valve construction is modular, it consists of one-piece body and two joints connected with body by stud bolts that provides its maintainability;
• use of spring load portable seats from wear-resisting elastomers combined with double-beat end plug provides hermiticity of valves by class “A” during the whole period of their operation;
• bearings are made of metal-fluoroplastic belt and provide fail-safe operating during the whole period of operation, don’t need lubrication and  maintenance;
• globe valves with pneumatic, pneumohydraulic, and pmeumatic-mechanical  drives are completed with the VCM (valve control module) with the integral limit switches on 24 V and 110 V.
