Valves "D" - DN10-DN100; PN6.3-16 MPa
Purpose and Scope
Used as locking arms for installation on processing lines carrying version operating mediums:
- material version C — non-aggressive natural gas, oil, oil products, ammonia, inert gasses, carbon dioxide and other non-aggressive mediums with temperature from -60ºС to +100ºС (possible version to +250ºС);
- material version H and M —gases containing aggressive agents (hydrogen, oxygen, sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, etc.) and flow aggressive mediums – solutions of acids and alkalis, etc. at the temperature from -60°C to +250°C.
Advantages and details of construction:
- valve construction is modular, it consists of one-piece body and two joints connected with body by stud bolts that provides its maintainability;
- using of spring-load portable seats in conjunction with a double-beat plug provides valves hermiticity of class “A” during the whole period of their operation;
- using of the system “broken level valve” on manual drive (for DN100) allows increasing rotation moment twice while “opening-closing” valve;
- support bearings are made of metal-fluoroplastic belt and provide reliable operation during the whole period of operation, do not need lubrication and carry unit loads when operate to 100MPa (1000 kgf/cm2);
- globe valves are made with pneumatic and electric drive of both above ground and under ground version;
- globe valves with pneumatic drive are completed with VCM ( valve control module) with integral limit switches on 24 V and 110 V.
