PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Valves are used as locking and locking-controlling arms in the processing lines on operating mediums: coal tar, pitch, tar, bitumen, liquid sulfur and other solidifying substances requiring additional steam jacket heating in order to prevent them from cooling at the temperature up to 450°C.
ADVANTAGES AND DETAILS OF CONSTRUCTION:
- valve construction is equipped with heating jacket, which is designed to heat valve chamber and prevent operating medium solidifying;
- water steam with the temperature from 120°С to 200°С and maximum operating pressure to 10 kg/cm2 is a heat carrier;
- valve construction is modular, it consists of one-piece body and two joints connected with body by stud bolts that provides its maintainability;
- globe valves have full-bore construction and can be made both with the seat resilient seal and with the metal-to-metal seal;
- plug (globe) is made of corrosion-resistant steels (30X13, 12X18H10T, 10X17H13M2T);
- rings (seats) of metal-to-metal seal are made of special iron or bronze that ensures reliability and durability of this construction in high-temperature and solidifying mediums;
globe valves are made with manual (mechanical) drive, with pneumatic and electric drive.

A globe valve completing is possible with pneumatic drive and optional modules:
PR – pneumatic valve(24;110;220 V),
FR – filter-regulator,
RD – manual override,
