Piston Compressors
Piston compressors produced by the UP enterprises are designed for operation as part of the automobile gas filling stations, filling the gas accumulators, for securing of technological process of gas-compressor units' operation, compressing associated petroleum gas when pumping it to a main pipeline, for using as booster compressors for preliminary compression of natural gas in the gas-filling and other stations during operation with gas networks with low input pressure.
Compressors opposite, horizontal, crosshead are made at the two and four cored bases 2GM2,5, 4GM2,5 и 2GM6,0 with permitted piston force of 2,5 tons and 6 tons. The compressors are manufactured in accordance with the «Rules of arrangement and safe operation of the piston compressors, working on explosive and toxic gases» in climatic version «M» (moderate) category 3.1 of the GOST 15150-69.
Number of compression levels can be from one to four depending on the purpose, input and output parameters of gas. The proposed range of compressors ensures successful compression of gas from the excessive pressure 0,02-5,5 MPa (0,2-55 kgf/cm2) up to final pressure 1,3-24,5 MPa (13-250 kgf/cm2) at the adjusted to normal conditions performance from 250 up to 3100 nm3/hour. The capacity of installed electric engines is from 37 up to 315 kW.
